Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using "Mini Merge Planets" (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). This agreement is strictly between you and Standard Software Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and not with Apple Inc.

2. License Grant

Standard Software Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms, and solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Utilize cheating software, exploits, automated bots, or modifications to artificially alter or inflate scores on the Apple Game Center leaderboards.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all code, UI designs, audio assets, graphics, and game mechanics, are and shall remain the sole property of Standard Software Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Standard Software Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
